We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ring Sizing Policy
All rings are made in a standard size 7.

If you request any ring size above size 7 or below size 7, the ring becomes a custom-sized item.

Custom-sized rings are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

The item must not be sized, altered, or customized in any way.

The original tag must be attached and intact.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Any piece that is worn, sized, altered, or has the tag removed is considered a final sale and is not eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Return Shipping Responsibility
If you choose to return an eligible item:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Gemologist Certification Requirement
To ensure the authenticity and integrity of all returns:

All jewelry returns must include a certified statement from a licensed gemologist confirming that the returned item is the exact same piece originally purchased, with no alterations or substitutions.

Returns without this certification may be rejected.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received:
